SCOPE OF THE JOB:

The Junior Revenue Analyst is responsible for assisting the Revenue Operations team with compiling performance and earnings data to ensure timely and accurate data used for invoicing. The analyst will also use this data to provide a variety of reports shared across the business both to highlight current market conditions and inform future forecasts.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Day-to-day compilation of results from multiple operators and sources
• Update a variety of reports on a day-to-day basis and flag unusual activity
• Recommend, develop and maintain processes (e.g. API pulls, Scraping) that allow for more efficient collection of statistics
• Ensure statistics from each client are recorded accurately and delivered in a timely manner
• Manage revenue and performance attribution by organizing and implementing unique tracking links across the network
• Provide ad hoc reports and assistance as requested
• Enhance existing reports and recommend and develop new reports where gaps are identified

TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:

The Junior Analyst must be a self-starter and work well as part of a team as well as individually. They should have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a background in data collation and reporting.

Qualifications Include:

• Familiarity with BI tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau etc) a plus, but not required
• Two or four-year college degree
• Experience in the iGaming market preferred, but not required
• Travel is only required for periodic company meetings and gatherings
• Excellent communication skills internal and external
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a data gathering/reporting role
• Superior attention to detail and an aptitude to learn
• Google Analytics (or similar) experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets experience including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and INDEX
• Strong organizational skills

Working Conditions:

This position is 100% remote. Must be available regular business hours in your evening and/or weekend work on occasion. Must possess a stable, high-speed internet and working cellular telephone. Must be able to routinely perform indoor work with minimum noise levels. Must be able to perform job functions independently and work effectively either on own or as part of a team. Must be able to plan and direct the work activities of self and others. Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence, naturally or electronically and may include adaptive aids. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public. Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace. Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.

Physical Requirements:

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 8 hours per day. At times, occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Must be capable of travel by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities, as may be occasionally asked to travel to sites or events. Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
