Job Description
Responsible for delivering consistent, actionable insights through OMNI data-driven analysis for the L’Oreal Paris Walgreens Team that accelerate both consumption growth and market share in the Cosmetics, Hair Care, Hair Color & Skincare categories.


Key Job Accountabilities


This role is tasked with delivering Walgreens business reporting and analytics for the L’Oreal Paris team with the goal to unlock insights and brand growth.


  • Owns the analysis of promotional events, quotient coupon/audience performance, new item performance and weekly trends.
  • Develops a deep understanding of Walgreen’s KPI’s (Sales, Profit, Margin, ROAS, ROI, Digital Penetration, etc.) that contribute to the success equation at the retailer.
  • Establishes and maintains a portion of the reoccurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly) commercial reporting for the business. Leverage cross-functional teams and tools to maximize automation and efficiency.
  • Partners closely and is a key support to the CDM, Customer Marketer & Sales Directors. Also works closely with multi-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, eCommerce and Category Insights).
  • Maintains a strong understanding of the Brand’s positioning within the category at Walgreens along with contributing factors to market share changes.

Technical Expertise & Qualifications


  • Ensure timeliness, attention to detail, and accuracy in all tasks.
  • A highly motivated individual that possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in the presence of ambiguity.
  • Can synthesize information and create a clear synopsis of findings to multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced math and analytical skills, fluency in one or more of the following: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, CLA, IRI, Nielsen
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience within an analytics-focused role.
