JOB OVERVIEW:

General Managers are one of the most important leaders within Costa Vida.

The ideal manager:

• Communicates directly with business consultants and support center staff who are available to assist with day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Maintains Costa Vida food safety and brand standards.
• Anticipates team members' and guests' needs and springs into action to serve others.
• Willingness to learn technology systems to support restaurant operations.
• Leads by example in creating a fun and exciting work environment and dining experience.
• Maintains self-control and a calming influence during working hours when needed.

The ideal candidate:

Prior experience as a general manager, assistant manager, or shift manager with four years of leadership or management experience.

$60k annually + Bonus
