• Possessing the knowledge and ability to ensure timely execution of all food and beverage service
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience by consistently serving high-quality menu items with creativity and a focus on guest needs
• Participating in a team environment while demonstrating genuine “Old Florida” hospitality
• Thriving in a high-volume environment
• Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and sanitation

Essentials:

• Exhibit positive, motivational leadership and positive people skills
• Exhibit a strong understanding of the operating budget and P&L
• Must have strong computer skills for purpose of using all restaurant management software
• You must have 4 years of experience as a restaurant general manager in a high volume restaurant
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
• Must possess a driver's license and Florida Food Service Manager certificate
