• Complaint resolution
• Data entry and use of software programs
• Taking reservations for travel
• Communicating with drivers, office staff and customers verbally and in writing
• Researching to troubleshoot customer problems
• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling reservations, questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Receiving and placing telephone calls
• Flight verification

Must be available for 3 week training on weekdays from 9am-5pm
