Joseph Phelps Vineyards seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Resolve returned mail issues by contacting customer and updating information
• Work closely with Phelps Preferred team to assist with backup as needed
• Process membership cancellations
• Verify outgoing orders for accuracy and fix any errors through the RSR computer system and route order to shipping department
• Process orders, address changes and account updates from Phelps Preferred Wine Club members and consumers
• General database maintenance
• Process new customers into the database and Phelps Preferred Wine Club sign-up forms
• Schedule will include working weekends
• Maintain files, which includes scanning and filing of paperwork

Requirements

• Able to type at least 40 WPM
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Commerce7
• At least one-year previous experience in customer service
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
• Acute attention to detail
