What does a Customer Service Representative do?


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. This is a great opportunity to showcase your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.


Customer Service Responsibilities List


  • Provide accurate and timely information about our products or services
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, or in-person
  • Maintain customer records and update relevant information in our database
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to higher-level support when necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction


Requirements


  • High school degree
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Track record of over-achieving quota

Salary Range


$20.00 - $31.00 hourly
