Job Description

Company Overview

Foundery Innovations, Inc. is a San Francisco-based biotechnology studio; a novel scientist-driven enterprise accelerating early-stage R&D. We aim to develop transformative immunotherapies and mint next-generation immunotherapy companies to treat high unmet need diseases caused by dysfunctional immunological responses. We are led by an academic-oriented leadership team with a combined 50+ years of storied success in drug discovery and development and we are excited to help mold the next generation of drug developers.

We value scientifically curious minds and are galvanized by untapped biological discoveries. Our employees are highly skilled in several scientific areas, including immunology, protein sciences, antibody sciences (generation, characterization, and engineering), bioanalytics, bioinformatics, assay development, and biomarker development. Together, we aim to re-imagine and re-establish discovery as the basis for the next generation of immunotherapies.

Our immunology research team is seeking a passionate, diligent, and motivated Research Associate to join our growing team. A successful candidate will perform target validation and characterization of novel, antibody-based immunotherapies across multiple pipeline programs. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn multiple immunological techniques and will be provided with the necessary resources to achieve company and professional goals. As an early cross-functional member of our team, a successful candidate will play a foundational role in our success.
