Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and coordinates systems and procedures that drive successful oversight of all pass travel requirements, partners, and programs
- Prepares and delivers written and in-person de-briefs to ensure leadership is aware of findings and corrective actions needed to meet corporate standards
- Responsible for conducting audits of pass travel programs, and compliance with established policies
- Responsible for reviewing policies, procedures and regulatory requirements while performing quality control support to drive pass travel policy compliance
- Develops, implements, and maintains audit programs to meet all quality measures and requirements
- Responsible for analyzing trends, conducting root cause analysis, and partnering with leadership to develop action plans
- Provides consultation to all leadership in the escalation of non-compliance issues, as well as the identification and escalation of program gaps
- Audit scope includes all pass travel programs for employees, retirees, pass riders, and select vendors

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- High School Degree
- Minimum two years experience in Corporate Audit, Employee Travel, or related background
- Ability to analyze and produce reports
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Performance management, problem solving, decision making and innovation are key skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 or 4 year University Degree
- Compliance audit experience
