Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and coordinates systems and procedures that drive successful oversight of all pass travel requirements, partners, and programs
  • Prepares and delivers written and in-person de-briefs to ensure leadership is aware of findings and corrective actions needed to meet corporate standards
  • Responsible for conducting audits of pass travel programs, and compliance with established policies
  • Responsible for reviewing policies, procedures and regulatory requirements while performing quality control support to drive pass travel policy compliance
  • Develops, implements, and maintains audit programs to meet all quality measures and requirements
  • Responsible for analyzing trends, conducting root cause analysis, and partnering with leadership to develop action plans
  • Provides consultation to all leadership in the escalation of non-compliance issues, as well as the identification and escalation of program gaps
  • Audit scope includes all pass travel programs for employees, retirees, pass riders, and select vendors

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • High School Degree
  • Minimum two years experience in Corporate Audit, Employee Travel, or related background
  • Ability to analyze and produce reports
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Performance management, problem solving, decision making and innovation are key skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • 2 or 4 year University Degree
  • Compliance audit experience
