Opportunity: Call Center Representative
Location: 114th & Dodge Branch
Hours: Monday through Friday 2:00PM to 6:00PM and rotating Saturday's 8:55AM to 1:15PM
Pay Rate: $16.80 - $18.00/hr based upon previous experience.
About the position:
- Resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Provide unparalleled service to members by answering inbound telephone calls promptly.
- Assist members by performing transfers, validating account balances, and performing routine maintenance on accounts per members’ requests.
- Serve members by identifying needs, recommending products and services, and performing functional duties efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve member inquiries regarding debit card transactions and account history.
- Identify red flags and adhere to security procedures to protect members and the credit union from fraudulent activity.
Qualification Requirements:
- Must have a High School degree or equivalent.
- Must have one year customer service experience
