Responsibilities

• Provide input and recommendations for state rate reviews across all lines
• Develop new analytic tools and enhance current tools
• Partner with Small Commercial Product Management to drive profitable growth in a given region
• Become fluent in all 3 Small Commercial LOBs - Auto, BOP, and WC
• Proactively identify and share important results before business issues occur

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years P&C work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
• Self-motivated, creative, and skilled in time-management, project-management, and customer-management

Compensation

The annualized base pay range for this role is $76,000 - $148,000. Base pay may vary based on factors such as performance, proficiency, and demonstration of required competencies. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
