Remote Collections Specialist ($16.00 - $20.00 / Hour)

As a Collections Specialist, you will work remotely and partner with Veterans to pay invoices and past due balances. Job Responsibilities

• Resolve disputes and reconcile invoices with a high level of satisfaction
• Proactively communicate with clients through outbound calls, SMS, and email
• Set up repayment plans and new terms, print reports for management, and adhere to HIPAA compliance and company security policies
• Collect payments on past due invoices
• Ensure all customer information is correct and maintain account notes and information
• Inform clients of current and past due invoices and review account documents

Job Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of Collections experience and experience in a call center/fast-paced environment
• Dedicated, secure, and quiet place to work free from distractions
• Minimum of intermediate MS Excel proficiency required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Minimum internet speed of 25 Download/10 Upload to be eligible for hire
• Comfortable with approximately five (5) hours per day making outbound calls
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
