Job Responsibilities

• Maintain direct contact with customers before and after product sale
• Support sales team in building and maintaining positive customer relationships
• Advocate for existing post-sale customers within various operational areas of Employer
• Take initiative to improve processes internally and within customer workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and requests

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Prior bill review experience required
• Worker's compensation, healthcare, or auto insurance experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Experience with executive-level presentations and public speaking
• Several years of relevant experience in customer-facing office environments
