Remote Banking Compliance Analyst

This contractor will be part of the Corporate Risk, Compliance, Strategy, Planning, and Governance Team. They will work as part of the team that is providing Quality Assurance (QA) of regulatory requirement summary documents known as Major Compliance Requirements (MCRs).

Contract Length: Will go until EOY (12/31/23), with a possibility of extension depending upon project need

Location(s): Fully remote at this time if located in one of the cities listed below.

· Minneapolis

· Dallas

· Des Moines

Pay: $41-$46/hr

The team is looking for candidates that have experience doing any of the following:

-Controls Testing

-Quality Assurance or Quality Governance of Compliance initiatives

-Internal Controls Audit

-Compliance Governance Oversight

-Ability to show critical thinking and analytical skills in a compliance/controls setting (i.e. this was an error in the control, here is why the error populated, here is the impact, and here are suggestions on corrections)

-Ability to drive procedures and processes in this project (updating procedures, scheduling procedure testing processes

Required Qualifications:

· Must have experience doing Testing of Compliance Controls

· Must have experience doing Quality Assurance Work

· Prefers candidate with a background in Compliance Audit and/or Governance
