Intermediate to advanced Excel/csv file experience.

1-2 years relevant experience post-college graduation; experience in financial services, accounting, or a related field is a plus

Completed BA/BS degree (Business, Finance & Accounting preferred; all majors considered)

Comprehensive knowledge of ECOA, FHA, HMDA, SCRA, MLA, UDAP/UDAAP, and CRA Loan Data Collection requirements

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently

General knowledge of other federal and state banking laws, rules, and regulations

Experience with related industry systems and software a plus

Sound organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of Bank personnel

Minimum requirements and experience for Banking Data Analyst the job is:

Partner closely with end users to understand and document requirements of change

Manage internal and end user testing of changes and collecting sign off documentation.

Keeping Software Development Life Cycle tracking tickets up to date with requirements, testing evidence and sign offs

College degree & 4+ years’ experience

Experience delivering multiple projects concurrently.

Assess, research, test, gather and document requirements for Online/Mobile Banking products, digital account opening, and loan products

Manage and execute the testing needs to maintain the system both in production and to support project based required tests.

Open cases with third party vendors to clearly and completely document issues, consistently follow-up with vendor until the issue is resolved.

Act as an internal quality control check for the project/product assigned.

Provide post-implementation support for new initiatives, upgrades and projects.

Collect and communicate the business needs in terms that both a developer and a business owner can understand.

The team is looking for candidates that have experience doing any of the following:

· Must have experience doing Testing of Compliance Controls

· Must have experience doing Quality Assurance Work

-Quality Assurance or Quality Governance of Compliance initiatives

-Ability to drive procedures and processes in this project (updating procedures, scheduling procedure testing processes

· Prefers candidate with a background in Compliance Audit and/or Governance

Work with account managers, meet directly with clients and deliver analytic insights for business questions

2+ years of relevant strong analytical experience with complex data

1-2+ years of hands-on work experience with SQL

1-2+ years of hands-on work experience with R / Python
