Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Position Overview
As a member of the Cequence Security sales team, you and your Solutions Engineer are responsible for delivering customer sales and growing your territory. Your territory is expected to deliver above-quota sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Leverage all cross-functional resources to achieve your quota: inside sales, channel systems engineering, field marketing, cyber security sales specialists, the services team & sales operations
- Deliver a predictable book of business to drive forecast accuracy
- Communicate value propositions to clients that speak intimately to their needs and requirements
- Overachieve on annual quota, measured quarterly
- In close partnership with a Solutions Engineer, leverage enterprise account selling strategies into new prospects and existing. AKA, sell product, solutions, and services and kill your quota
- Work in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment
- Prospect for new business with new and existing customiers. You are responsible for both land and expand
- Proposal generation articulating financial ROI/TCO value

- As a self-starter, when you find a problem, you alert the team, and fix it. You don’t wait for the next task
- You love the prospect of selling in new and untapped sales territories
Salary Range 140-165k USD

The salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for Cequence Security employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, commissions, stock options, unlimited Paid Time Off, and other benefits not listed.
