About The Role
JP3, a Flotek Company, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving profitable revenue and market share growth across assigned strategic and major accounts within the oil and gas market. This leader will develop and implement strategies focused on the unique customer requirements and competitive landscape in their geographic market space. The candidate will drive the successful implementation and execution of sales strategies that result in the overall growth for the company.
What You Will Do
·Develop the sales international strategic direction into go-to-market execution to achieve goals of increased sales, growth, and profit.
·Build a strong network across accounts and penetrate at the appropriate levels by connecting with key stakeholders that have influence.
·Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with the customer base by continuously seeking new ways to drive efficiencies and providing solutions-driven technical and application knowledge.
·Negotiate quotations, terms and conditions and close large contracts and projects at the corporate, regional, or plant site level.
·Review and analyze market data to forecast and identify trends, effective lead-generation strategies, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business expansion.
·Collaborate cross-functionally to share relevant market information, product strategies, and customer insights with peers across the business for adoption in other markets or geographies.
·Attend tradeshows, association seminars, and networking events.

Work Environment
This position is remote with optionality to work in an office environment in Houston, Texas.

The employee may lift and/or move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Minimum Qualifications
·Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Chemistry preferred.
·5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily in midstream and downstream with a focus on process analyzer experience.
·Understanding of spectroscopy strongly preferred.
·Experience in strategic sales planning and execution, and knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
·Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Frequent evening and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
Travel
This position requires less than 50% of travel.
