Position Title: Regional Sales Manager - Texas
Department: Sales USA
Role Location:Dallas, Texas
Reports to: VP, RNDC Open/National accounts/Military/Canada cluster
YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
As the Regional Sales Manager – Texas, you will be responsible for delivering the Stoli Group Mission & Vision. You will create value through driving sales and developing strong relationships while building the Stoli Group legacy. Your extended commercial knowledge, ability to influence stakeholders and leadersip of sales teams will be key to your success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- With the Founder’s mentality and entrepreneurial spirit, you have the ownership and accountability of your regional P&L, setting appropriate budgets based on potential return on investments, finding the most cost-effective methods to achieve maximum performance and profitability
- Ensure commercial plans are aligned to distributor strategic goals and translate specific revenue and KPI performance objectives to drive Nevada results
- Analyse the region’s performance and forecasting (NSV, gross margin, ROI, brand spend, profitability) utilizing an expert understanding of profit/loss drivers and value chain economics to drive strategic business discussions and decisions
- Build effective long-term relations with strategic customer and distributor partners to drive financial impact and deliver objectives from customer and consumer programs
- Building on Stoli Family culture, you will collaborate cross-functionally across the Stoli Group organization for support on sales efforts
- Lead, develop and deliver the Nevada commercial plans and forecasts to acheive short and long-term business goals. Overcome challenges and opportunities through sales programs and pricing strategies aligned to the Stoli Group Mission & Vision
- Lead third-party distributor sales teams by creating a common understanding of the goals, objectives, timelines, deliverables and expected level of team performance while celebrating the team’s achievements

- With the Founder’s mentality, analyze business trends (e.g. share gaps, category trends, channel performance) and available data to identify opportunities for Stoli Group revenue growth
EXPERIENCE& SKILLS:
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate, influence and work effectively across functional groups and departments
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred
- Creative thinking and agility in creating solutions
- 10+ years sales experience in a leading CPG company on a regional or state level preferably within the beverage industry. Spirits experience is a plus.
- Strong P&L and budget management experience
- Strong influencing skills
