Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following.
- Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
- Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.
- Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
- Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
- Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
- Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
- Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to research their territory to find new opportunities.
- Must have strong people skills.
- Must be motivated and be able to effectively sell product to our customers.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to provide an elevated level of customer service.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and follow through with requests for assistance.
- Particularly important to have a winning attitude.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Previous success in a sales environment desired
- Prior sales experience in a manufacturing environment helpful
