Summary
- Clients
- Creating and maintaining proper records in company databases.
- Serve as primary Partner contact to deliver responses and resolutions in a timely

- Create and develop relationships at all levels and all departments throughout Partner
- Routine review of each Partner’s utilization of service with Partner’s mid and senior
- Manner.
- Travel maybe up to 60-75% at times, domestic or international.
- Adhere to the company quality policy and promote customer service by supporting our
- Day-to-day management of assigned Partners’ needs.
- Ensuring positive perception of service delivery by providers and patients.
- Needed.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and concepts.
- Minimum 3 years progressive experience in account management and/or fieldbased healthcare customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently from home-based or remote offices.
- Excellent problem-solving/critical thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task.
- Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM solutions (Salesforce).
- High Level proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite applications.
- Familiarity and Comfortability with technological advancements.
