Job Title: Partner Success Manager (PSM)


Department/ Business Unit: Partner Success Team


Reports To: Director of Partner Success


Location: Remote


Individual or People Manager: People Manager


Purpose of Role


One of our key differentiators in the marketplace is the role of the Partner Success Manager (PSM); that we provide our Partners with actual personnel to spend time at their sites, engage their staff, solve their problems, and be a consultative resource. The goal over time is to develop tremendous loyalty between each other and become an extension of the Partner’s team. We compete on quality and believe strongly that our solutions (both products & services) help our Partners attain their goals, therefore we want them to utilize our capabilities as much as possible. The PSM is the key to enabling winning client/company relationships. The Partner Success Manager (PSM) is responsible for serving & supporting Partners within a defined territory. The PSM will continually expand the Cloudbreak and Martti role in each Partner’s success as measured by utilization of our services and derived from revenue.


Core Responsibilities:


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Clients
  • Creating and maintaining proper records in company databases.
  • Serve as primary Partner contact to deliver responses and resolutions in a timely
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Management.
  • Functionality, workflow, and regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and super user for products.
  • Proper utilization and protection of company brand and proprietary assets.
  • Adhering to all company Policy and Procedures
  • Providing recommendations on product placement and utilization levels.
  • Provide onsite education and consultative perspective on industry best practices,
  • Adhering to all company Policy and Procedures
  • Maintaining equipment in working order while collaborating with Partner team as
  • Sites.
  • Create and develop relationships at all levels and all departments throughout Partner
  • Routine review of each Partner’s utilization of service with Partner’s mid and senior
  • Manner.
  • Travel maybe up to 60-75% at times, domestic or international.
  • Adhere to the company quality policy and promote customer service by supporting our
  • Day-to-day management of assigned Partners’ needs.
  • Ensuring positive perception of service delivery by providers and patients.
  • Needed.


Professional Experience, Essential Skills, And Knowledge


  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and concepts.
  • Minimum 3 years progressive experience in account management and/or fieldbased healthcare customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently from home-based or remote offices.
  • Excellent problem-solving/critical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions (Salesforce).
  • High Level proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • Familiarity and Comfortability with technological advancements.
  • Understanding of healthcare economics & business.

Salary Range: 75-80k based on experience
