Required Skills
Regional Human Resources Manager:
Provide accurate and timely assistance to multiple offices with the day-to-day operations of the human resources function. In close partnership with the Human Resources team, this role will perform a variety of complex, technical, and administrative duties relating to personnel functions and programs in the areas of employee engagement, performance management, culture and recognition, HR operations, and employee onboarding.
Required Experience
  • Strong working knowledge of compliance
  • Knowledge of Sage People a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, seeking guidance when necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Previous construction experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge to employment laws
  • Creative and analytical multitasker, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discrete, professional manner
