Seldin Company is seeking a Portfolio Facilities Manager for our Colorado Region.

• A General contractor's license will be required for this position or ability to attain within six months of hire.

This position will pay up to $78,000 a year. Experience, certifications, skills, and education will determine the amount.

What You Will Do

This role performs facilities services for a portfolio of properties, evaluating overall maintenance operations. The Portfolio Facilities Manager will provide training and support to the service staff and has authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement, and monitor overall maintenance operations, profitability, and quality service. This role will provide reports and feedback on processes and areas of improvement for the assigned portfolio. Utilizes management skills to train, motivate, and empower associates to reach their goals and property goals.

Skills And Requirements

• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
• Ability to work independently
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• General Contractors license or ability to attain within six months of hire Who Is Seldin Company
• Three to four years of related experience and/or training
• EPA or HVAC certification is required
