Qualifications and Competencies
Required Experience
- Strong team leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Works well under pressure
- Strong client relationship skills
- 2+ year supervisory experience
- 5+ years experience in corporate event, concert or broadcast industry.
Ideal Experience
- Functional competencies in event staging, theatrical rigging, sound reinforcement, production lighting, and video systems and displays
- Experience with Vectorworks or other 3D modeling software
- Ability to think strategically and problem solve
- Advanced computer skills, with experience in multiple office and production softwares (i.e. Tessera Remote, ProPresenter, MS Office360, Google Workspace, etc)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Management of on-site production elements, including (but not limited to)
- On-site representative of the company and primary contact person
- Collaborate with Production Managers, Director of Production and at times clients to review technical aspects of a show
- Collaborate with Production Manager to create project equipment lists and diagrams for all shows
- Responsible for overseeing and assisting with scheduling labor

- Coordinate with warehouse for preparation of necessary equipment for each project.
Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stop, reach, stand, walk, lift, pull, push, grasp, communicate, and use repetitive motions.
- Extensive travel required (up to 50%)
- The position requires the individual to meet multiple demands from multiple people and interact with the public and other staff.
- Office, warehouse, and show-site duties involved.
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee may frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds of materials.
