Job Title: Recruitment Manager
Office: Boston, New York, Washington D.C.
Status: Exempt
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office
Position Summary:
We are looking for a creative and energetic Recruitment Manager to join our fantastic team.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for establishing and executing a strategy to recruit business professionals (non-Attorneys) at all levels. This will include establishing best practices to attract and select the very best talent in both the US and UK. You’ll be responsible for researching, designing, and implementing recruiting programs, as well as ensuring compliance with all necessary country, state, and federal regulations.
We’re looking for candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit, who are excited to be part of building something new. You’ll be focused on direct sourcing and hiring, so will need to be experienced and passionate about this space.
Responsibilities:
- Identify trends and implement new practices to ensure modern and creative attraction and selection methods are in place
- Gather and monitor key metrics, and provide analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Manage all aspects of recruitment operations
- Work with People Leadership team to create and roll out an employer branding initiative
- Develop and implement efficient direct hiring processes
- Plan and implement an effective social media strategy
- Work with C-Suite leaders to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs
- Review and shortlist resumes, and screen candidates
- Create and roll out best practice selection guidelines, including interviewer training
Requirements:
- Problem solving/solutions-focused mindset
- Top class written communication skills
- Experience within a professional services firm, ideally a Partnership
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and an operational level
- Knowledge of relevant labor legislation
- Excellent attention to detail
- 2-5 years’ experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role
- Excellent relationship building skills
Salary range based on experience level and location: $100,000 - $120,000
