Our process is designed for loan officers that really want to focus on their business.We take the file from complete application moving it through the disclosures, submission, conditional approval status, clear to close, along with balancing the closing disclosure and funding.

We are looking for highly talented processors to join our team that can handle a volume pipeline of 25 to 30 loans.Our leadership is accessible at any time with a welcoming atmosphere.

Here are a few must haves.

·Must be currently or has worked in the Broker/Wholesale world within the last two years.

·Must take the broker and client experience very seriously along with delivering top notch communication.

·Must have experience with one or all the following: Arive, Lending pad, Calyx Pathway, and Encompass.

·Must be proficient in working with the following lenders and lender portals: UWM, Sierra Pacific, Town Mortgage, PRMG and Pennymac. Most of all, must be willing to learn any new lenders, lenders portals or DSCR processes.

·Income calculations are essential.

·Must be able to work in a structured environment with specific turn times.

·Must be familiar with drop box, Trello, and property profiles portals.

·Must be familiar with DU, LP, GUS and the VA Portal.
