The primary function of the Capture Manager (CM) is to support the Business Development and Account teams with identifying, developing, and winning new business and/or retaining/ expanding current business. The position requires effectively collaborating with assigned team, subject & technical matter experts, functional leads, and account managers. As a Capture Manager (CM), you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact in expanding the Acentra (Formally known as CNSI/Kepro) footprint across the Government and Commercial marketplace.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with delivery teams to maintain a repository of key metrics
• Maintaining a registry of registrations to state/federal procurement websites and tracking opportunities on those sites as appropriate
• Update the pipeline management tool based on input from Sales and Delivery for accurate pipeline reporting
• For Potential deals, the CM will work with the designated SVP to determine deal qualification, in some cases, the CM will construct and execute sales strategy and deal plan; including value proposition, win themes, tactics & action plan, relationship and communication plan, and competitive analysis for non-complex deals
• Complying with all internal sales stage entry/exit requirements
• Lead activities that support the identification of new business
• Tracking known sales opportunities on GovWin or other tools and identifying potential new opportunities based on Acentra (Formally known as CNSI/Kepro) offering portfolio
• Monitoring various procurement sites to identify changes in deal status
• Working with the designated offering lead to qualify potential opportunities and determine alignment to offerings
• Request available Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) information related to bids and maintain competitive intelligence repository
• Develop new reporting as needed, including win-loss rates and other metrics

Qualifications
Required Experience/Skills Required:

• Proven track record of building successful relationships with a team
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• A creative thinker brings innovative ideas, and new perspectives to strategies and solves problems
• Ability to juggle multiple projects/deals of different sizes & scopes in a changing environment
• 4-year college bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated track record to deliver projects and assignments on time
• Self-starter and ability to manage time independently without direct supervision
• Sense of urgency, with the ability to drive decisions and work under critical deadlines
• Experience with government healthcare programs
• Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
