Recruiter, Battery Cell Technology

Cuberg is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team in Silicon Valley. As the Advanced Technology Center of Northvolt, Cuberg is developing next-generation battery technology to power the future of electric mobility. The Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our mission, and will have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Responsibilities

• Develop job postings and postings strategy to attract diverse candidate pools
• Track and report on recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process
• Manage the recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers and HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and stakeholders
• Build the Cuberg brand as an employer of choice through networking, social media, and other outreach efforts
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for open positions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with candidate sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting
• 1+ years experience recruiting for the Battery / Cell Industry
• Knowledge of recruiting metrics and the ability to track and report on data to inform decision-making

The San Francisco / Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $130,000 + equity + benefits.
