Role: IT Supervisor

Local – 3 days onsite mandatory – Redwood City, CA

Duration: 24 months

Description: We seek a well-qualified supervisor to plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work supporting the Medical Center.

Requirements:

·Knowledge and experience regarding hospital settings.

·Experience in at least four areas:

oIn-Patient

oCerner Applications

oRevenue Cycle/HIM

oIT Interfaces

·Knowledge of at least two of the following applications:

oeClinicalWorks

oPICIS

oCaduceus

oATKS

oServiceNow

Education & Experience:

·Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field AND five years

·Experience providing leadership in a multicultural, multidisciplinary workforce.

·Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably government county health.

·Experience in lifecycle management from project through implementation and troubleshooting.

·Experience providing leadership in collaborative relationships among internal and external teams.

·Experience in the implementation of new application systems.

·Experience Advanced expertise working with electronic health records.

·Experience supervising staff responsible for providing direct application support and user training for Health electronic health record (EHR) system

·Experience in providing consultation services to customers/end-users, with the ability to document business and technical problems and identify requirements.

·Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those encountered on the job.

·Excellent time management skills and ability to set priorities and adjust to meet deadlines.
