We are seeking a motivated and proactive Customer Care Representative with exceptional phone and written etiquette to join our team. As a representative of our company, you will interact with customers, demonstrating professionalism and providing excellent service. Strong computer skills, the ability to multitask, and a compassionate approach to customer care are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries from customers across various channels to assist with radiation monitoring program management
Proactively educate customers on self-service options
Research and resolve customer issues, maintaining accurate records of interactions
Manage billing and service renewal calls, both inbound and outbound
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs
Perform data entry tasks in multiple platforms
Contribute to special projects as required
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient computer skills with accurate and efficient data entry
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Flexible and friendly attitude

Bonus Qualifications
Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems and practices
