TASKS WILL VARY FROM DAY TO DAY. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Provide basic and accurate information In-Person and via phone/email.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Office Duties (including but not limited to) handling mail, sending Fed Ex Packages, ordering office supplies, as well as general office management
- Manage missed call log and inboxes to ensure calls are returned in a timely manner.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize add build relationships with a variety of personalities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
- Continue to maintain the good will and reputation of the entire team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and Internet skills
- Proficient in time management
- A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
- We have a strong preference for a bi-lingual English-Spanish speaker.
- Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
- We are seeking a team member that has a minimum of 1 year experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
