We are growing by leaps and bounds and as a result are looking for an additional team member in our Accounting Department. The position is entry level administrative role and would be a great stepping stone for someone who is interested in learning what goes on in a company's finance department. Day to day activities involve opening and scanning mail for cash receipts, maintaining documents in a common shared folder, matching receipts to expense reports, assisting with collections and other tasks and projects within the department. In addition, you would be back up to answering the main phone line and learning how to perform fingerprinting technician duties! Experience with Excel, Word and Quickbooks will help prove your success.
