Seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for prominent law firm in Fort Lauderdale.


The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks in our fast-paced office environment. This position typically reports to our office manager, and may be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple individuals or departments within the organization. The specific job duties and responsibilities of our administrative assistant/receptionist may vary depending on the industry, company size, and specific needs of the employer. However, some common responsibilities include:

  • Managing office supplies and equipment: The administrative assistant/receptionist is responsible for managing office supplies, ordering new supplies as needed, and ensuring that all office equipment is in good working order.
