Receptionist (Temporary) Jobs

Your primary responsibilities will include handling general receptionist tasks, providing administrative support, and serving as a liaison with both internal and external parties.

• Candidates should be flexible, diligent individuals with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• The expected hourly rate for this position is $35 to $45 (inclusive of any agency fees). Our compensation package includes overtime for all hours worked over 40 per week.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, as is a steadfast attention to detail; familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) is a decided plus.
• Experience in a corporate setting is preferred but not required.
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion is a must, as is a willingness to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Two years of experience in reception, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or concierge roles is preferred.
