Summary Of Duties
The Laborer completes light assembly as assigned by the Production Supervisor, Assistant Production Supervisor, or Lead Laborer
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Reports to the Production Supervisor, Assistant Production Supervisor, or Lead Laborer
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operation of conveyor belts, sealing machines and other assigned equipment
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
• Adapts work methods to meet assembly needs
• Anticipating needed supplies
• Consistently complies with all Agency policies and procedures
• Restocking as needed
• Packaging
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Assists in the set-up of specific job tasks and assigned work area
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Production Supervisor, Assistant Production Supervisor or Lead Laborer
• Light assembly including assembly of boxes
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
• Ensures quality of work produced to ensure conformation with job specifications
• Constantly maintains high performance standards

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to stand entire shift
• Reliable Transportation required for all opportunities

EDUCATION & TRAINING
Preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalency preferred. Experience in production, manufacturing or warehouse a plus
Minimum
Must be 18 years of age or older
