Job Description
Immediate opening for a full-time Receptionist and Administrative Assistant at Nuvolum, a fast-growing, full-service, integrated marketing company in Petaluma. Our team is full of highly motivated professionals with strong desires to be the best, grow daily, and expand their skill-sets. We work hard and have a fun and exciting atmosphere with plenty of advancement potential. Telecommuting and outsource contracting (virtual assistant) is NOT an option, so please do not apply if you cannot be in the Petaluma office daily.


We are looking for a highly motivated individual capable of self-direction as well as collaboration with our various teams and departments. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others accomplish their objectives, has an eye for detail, is excited about doing a variety of different tasks throughout the day, and can be occasionally flexible with your work schedule, sometimes working long hours and loving your job. If you are the type of person that likes to be the first to arrive and the last to leave and take care of the team, this position is for you!


Duties And Responsibilities


  • You will maintain supplies, keep the kitchen stocked with snacks and beverages, and be responsible for making sure the office is client-ready at all times.
  • You will conduct research for various projects and record data for clients and staff.
  • And much more.
  • You will answer the phones, receive guests and ensure the office is equipped to optimize the efficiency of the team.
  • You will be a jack/jane of all trades, doing a little of everything for a fast paced, high energy team.

Requirements


  • Must be an expert in MS Office Suite of tools
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • An expert communicator, both verbally and in writing (capable of writing emails that are 100% error free)
