Quality Assurance Supervisor

Location: Germantown, WI

What you’ll do:

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will direct the Quality Assurance Team’s efforts to ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements for quality and food safety. In this role, you will also be responsible for coordinating the effort of the Quality Assurance Team on the management of the food safety system in Germantown and Waukesha with an emphasis on standard operating procedures and proactive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure execution on projects set forth by the Site Quality Manager.
• Develop and implement training and competency criteria for QA team
• Execute on continuous improvement opportunities to provide consistent and reliable products to customers.
• Ensure the food safety management system is maintained according to FSSC and all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with peers outside of the site to drive improvement and alignment on Quality and Food Safety initiatives.
• Provide input and collaboration as a primary technical contact to functions within the site and outside of the site.
• Collect information, analyze, and present findings to others, while providing recommendations for possible solutions.

You bring:

• Able to work within an online database for management of food safety systems.
• Minimum of 3 year of supervising direct reports.
• Knowledge of applicable food code in State of Wisconsin and FSSC22000 standards.
• SAP knowledge desirable.
• Minimum of 4 years in a Quality Assurance role.
• PCQI trained.
