Purchasing Manager - Single-Family Construction ($120K+ Base)

We are looking to add a Purchasing Manager to our team with a team first, highly motivated attitude that is looking to take their career to the next level. The right candidate will be responsible for multiple management functions, negotiations, strategic purchasing, field and office relations and budgeting. What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure regular interaction with the field (including Construction Manager meetings) to exchange ideas, problem solve, etc.
• Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with vendors and make recommendations for any vendor changes
• Attend regular staff meetings to share information, problem solve and solicit ideas for improvement
• Supervise, evaluate, motivate, & train staff

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ years of single-family, multi-family, or commercial experience
• Computer proficient
• 5+ years of Purchasing Manager role experience
