This all starts with our brilliant people. Those who want to make a lasting impact in all that they do will find a home at LiveRamp—an inclusive, collaborative environment where exceptional talent is nurtured, championed, and where people matter most.
We are looking for a versatile PR and Communications Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team. This role will primarily support the strategy, development, execution and measurement of PR and Analyst Relations (AR) programs that reinforce LiveRamp’s platform and thought leadership position, with some internal communications responsibilities. The right candidate will possess notable writing skills, strong program management abilities, and have experience with stakeholder management. This savvy communications professional will help nurture a strong PR and AR program that keeps the industry informed about LiveRamp’s goals, initiatives and launches, and work directly with internal stakeholders across functions and geographies to ensure alignment within a global marketing team. This is a 360-degree communications opportunity to bring LiveRamp’s brand story to life across external and internal audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director of PR & AR.
Your Team Will
Corporate Marketing operates within the global Marketing team under the Chief Marketing Officer. The division encompasses PR/AR, internal communications, design, brand, social and content. We also support speaking and content at RampUp, LiveRamp’s industry-leading thought leadership conference held annually in San Francisco.

  • Produce effective materials including press releases, speaking points, messaging, executive briefing materials, backgrounders, presentations, pitches, fact sheets, blogs, bylined articles and more
  • Prepare key spokespersons for media interviews, analyst briefings, and speaking opportunities
  • Develop external relations with key industry influencers, analysts, trade bodies and partners
  • Work collaboratively with other teams at LiveRamp, including product, go-to-market, commercial, and international
  • Support strategy, planning, management and execution of LiveRamp’s AR program
  • Support monthly, in-person company Town Halls at the San Francisco headquarters
  • Contribute to the global, corporate communications plan with a focus on media relations, thought leadership, product launches, and partnerships
  • Liaison with LiveRamp’s PR agency to collaboratively drive compelling, ongoing storytelling, media relations, thought leadership and event speakerships
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in journalism, PR or communications
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with ability to work in-office several days per month
  • Experience supporting B2B or SaaS product launches and working in technical industries
  • Proficient writer with notable oral and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of the media and editorial landscape
  • Driven, self-organized team player with demonstrated project management skills and the ability to achieve objectives in the midst of competing deadlines
  • Experienced in working with senior-level executives, including thought leadership, speaking support, and ghostwriting
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex topics into simple, compelling stories
  • Hold a strong desire to learn, grow and collaborate with others
  • 5+ years working in PR/communications, including some Analyst Relations experience
Bonus Points
  • Previous experience at adtech, cloud or data companies, or in retail/CPG, healthcare or finserv verticals
  • Experience working at or with a PR/AR agency
Benefits
  • Work/Life Harmony: Flexible paid time off, paid holidays, options for working from home, and paid parental leave.
  • People: Work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people who love what they do.
  • RampRemote: A comprehensive office equipment and ergonomics program—we provide you with equipment and tools to be your most productive self, no matter where you're located

  • Savings: Our 401K matching plan—1:1 match up to 6% of salary—helps you plan ahead. Also Employee Stock Purchase Plan - 15% discount off purchase price of LiveRamp stock (U.S. LiveRampers)
  • Location: work in the heart of San Francisco and from home (some in-office days required)
  • Fun: We host in-person and virtual events such as game nights, happy hours, camping trips, and sports leagues.
The approximate annual base compensation range is $104,000.000 to $141,000.00. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
