Manage social media: Assist in maintaining a vibrant online presence by curating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and monitoring our social media platforms.
Create PowerPoint Presentations: Collaborate with our team to develop visually appealing presentations that effectively convey key messages and information.
Perform invoicing: Support our financial operations by accurately preparing and processing invoices for clients and vendors.
Create expense reports: Help maintain accurate financial records by carefully documenting expenses and preparing comprehensive reports.
Perform light event planning: Assist with organizing and coordinating company events, both in-person and virtual, to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Manage emails: Prioritize and respond to emails promptly, ensuring efficient communication flow across the organization.
Assist with creating procedural documents and newsletters: Contribute to the development of procedural guidelines and informative newsletters, ensuring clear and concise information is communicated to our team.
Qualifications
Previous experience in administrative support roles is preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear and efficient interactions with team members and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player who can collaborate effectively.
High attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
