Project Manager, Partner Relations

We’re looking for a highly organized Project Manager, Partner Relations to join our Business Operations team. Reporting to our Project Manager, you’ll provide support and advice to operations management by managing partner’s accounts and stakeholder’s expectations.
A day in the life as a Project Manager, Partner Relations:

• Work with partner and MealSuite teams to reach agreement on standard and unique customer needs
• Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes, and report on key metrics
• Develop the project plan and manage the activities across all impacted functions with SMEs and partner teams, to determine scope, timing, costs and MealSuite's ability to deliver successful solutions on-time
• Work closely with business stakeholders to document escalations, issues, and help resolve program risks and issues between teams, missed delivery commitments for product, unexpected issues related to interfaces (including costs)
• Work with the customer onboarding team and other internal and client teams to create Statements of Work for interfaces, customer development, white labeling, and other solutions as necessary to meeting partner’s needs
• Manage all projects related to MealSuite's partner accounts
• Provide assistance to the Revenue team with the review and development of client solutions and to deliver on meeting and reporting objectives. Ensure sales/onboarding reports are available and timely as per the agreed upon cadence content
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with stakeholders and project team members

• I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA
• I get pretty excited about performing critical path analysis and working with workstreams to develop timelines for completion of activities
• I have experience in a customer facing environment
• I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
• I consider myself an expert in the end-to-end project management lifecycle
• I gained my knowledge through 5-7 years of professional experience where 2-3 years of that was direct project management experience
• I have a proven ability to communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives and I can motivate the project team to achieve them
• Although it is not required, I get bonus points because I have a PMP certification
• I have knowledge of effective project management and risk management principles
