Client Relations Specialist Jobs

You Will:

• Support our team of outside sellers and product specialists.
• Be a team player, but function independently.
• Cultivate long term relationships to ensure our brands are always the preferred option.
• Help to build new markets and customers as the company expands its global reach.
• Solve Problems, Empathize, and Give great customer service
• Work with our distributors and end users to select the right products to fit their needs.
• Efficiently quote and process orders to keep us responsive and immediate.
• Be the best advocate for the customer.
• Attend our trade shows and customer trainings, as needed.

Qualifications:

• You know your way around Microsoft Office.
• Your Customer Service skills are one of your best assets.
• You like to problem solve and collaborate with your team.
• You’re eager to learn and grow.
• You are a positive person with a Can-Do Attitude!
• You communicate well in both writing and speech. Your phone demeanor is pleasant and cheerful.
• Bilingual is a huge plus! (Spanish)
