Construction Project Manager Jobs

Inova Building Company is seeking a on-site Project Manager to join our talented team. We are looking for an energetic, experienced, on-site project manager to oversee multiple ongoing projects in the Fort Myers, Naples, and Bonita Springs area. The Project Manager role is key leader and essential component to the success of each project. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to manage project financials, contracts, subcontractors, schedules, procurement, and all essential items needed for a project to move forward. A PM at Inova Building has experience producing quality work and can proactively identify potential gaps and bottlenecks in the plan. A knack for process improvement and system creation are strong indicators of success. The Project manager requires keen attention to detail and a committed belief in seeing a project through from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintains updated redline plans every day.
• Maintains strict activity log with photos and job RFIs.
• Facilitate contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule
• Develop or assist in developing final project budget
• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors
• Responsible for the buyout process, selection of subcontractors, writing scope of work, and contract documents
• Maintains clean and safe jobsite by communicating zero-tolerance jobsite policies with subcontractors.
• Manage contractual responsibilities of subcontractors and hold accountable as needed
• Manages all aspects of the field-related building processes for assigned projects and specific customer service responsibilities.
• Maintains strict OSHA standards for all work areas.
• Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential issues, delays, liabilities, or risks
• Ensures compliance with plans and specifications as well as obtains all required inspections.
• Knows and understands customer-specific building plans, standard features, specifications and customer-selected options
• Reviews construction drawings for accuracy and coordination among architects, MEPs, and structural and civil engineers.
• Oversees monthly billing as well as manages budgets and job cost reports. Delivers estimate package to customer
• Completes and documents warranty requests, per approved company process.
• Track and manage project financials and the draw process, ensure profitability, report findings
• Manage subcontractor relationship through consistent communication and follow up regarding scheduling, invoicing, change orders, etc.
• Schedule and facilitate project team and client meetings to successfully coordinate work
• Oversees construction process from design documents to turnover.
• Maintains schedule, budget and quality control through BuilderTrend platform.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive and productive relationship with the client throughout the project by communicating professionally, managing expectations, and addressing concerns
• Conducts daily project walks to ensure schedule adherence and quality of vendor workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year - Plus Bonus
