The Opportunity:
As a professional in our Delivery Hub, you have the experience and skills to ensure operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external users. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight into shared delivery performance.
As part of the Continuous Improvement team, you will support the service delivery model as a project manager and scheduler. In this role, you will be collaborating with project managers, setting tasks, and monitoring the execution of project timelines. You know how to interface with leadership to understand needs and gain insight. To ensure success, you should possess solid project management knowledge and demonstrable experience in project scheduling. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Brief, prepare, and evaluate project progress and performance reports for senior leadership
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system
- Document project scheduling processes and maintain records
- Accommodate updates and changes to project schedules
- Proactively monitor project timelines and deadlines, identify potential delays, and facilitate intervention in a timely manner
- Recommend actions to keep projects within budget and on time
- Consult with managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks
- Keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines
- Coordinate and integrate multiple project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders

You Have:
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience in schedule planning and management
- Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes
- Ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions proactively
- Experience in Smartsheet
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager or scheduler
- Experience with briefing senior leaders, including developing and preparing reports and dashboards
Nice if you have:
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with supporting a large organization during a transformational change
- Experience with working in a shared services environment
- Possession of strong research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- PMP Certification
- Possession of strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
