About Baytown

With a population of more than 77,000, Baytown, Texas, is located in the Gulf Coast region of the United States, just east of Houston, the nation's fourth largest city. Those who live and work in Baytown will find an area rich in history, as well as opportunities for outdoor activities due to its proximity to scenic waterways, namely Galveston Bay, the San Jacinto River and Buffalo Bayou.

Founded in 1919, ExxonMobil's Baytown Complex is located on approximately 3,400 acres along the Houston Ship Channel, about 25 miles east of Houston. Employing a workforce of more than 8,500, it is comprised of four manufacturing sites, including one in nearby Mont Belvieu, and a global technology center. These include the Baytown Refinery, one of the largest refineries in the United States, and the Baytown Olefins Plant, one of the largest ethylene plants in the world.

Its scope of products includes fuels, lube oils, and chemical compounds used in a diverse range of products, from auto battery cases, diapers and tire inner tubes to pharmaceutical uses, food packaging, trash bags and more.

About Beaumont

With a population of more than 118,000, Beaumont ,Texas, is located in the Gulf Coast region of the United States, on the Neches River, about 85 miles east of Houston, the nation's fourth largest city. Beaumont has been a home to the oil industry from the days of the Spindletop oil boom until today, and along with nearby Port Arthur and Orange, is part of the Golden Triangle industrial area on the Texas Gulf Coast. Built along the banks of the Neches River in 1903, the original ExxonMobil Beaumont refining facilities have grown into an integrated petrochemical complex on 2,700 acres and have contributed to the economic and social landscape of southeast Texas. About Baton Rouge

Located on the banks of the Mississippi river in southeastern Louisiana, Baton Rouge is the state capital with more than 800,000 residents (the second largest city in the state). Famous for its fusion of cultures, Southern hospitality, diverse cuisine and college football, it is also a significant port and a major industrial and petrochemical center.

Our Baton Rouge operations began in 1909 and have grown into an integrated complex that includes the Baton Rouge Refinery, the third largest refinery in the United States, the Baton Rouge Chemical Plant and several other plants and terminals. Its scope of products produced includes everything from traditional gasoline and diesel fuel to sophisticated chemical compounds that are used in diapers, shampoos, truck bed liners, makeup, crayons and hundreds more!

As the second largest employer in the state, our daily challenges include safely operating eight interconnected sites on a round-the-clock basis. We’re required to constantly adjust and respond to fluctuating markets and resource availability. What role you will play in our team

ExxonMobil is looking for outstanding candidates to be part of ExxonMobil Supply Chain (EMSC) and contribute to the success of a growing Product Solutions (EMPS) business. Production & Raw Material Schedulers are an essential role in the supply chain, executing the supply plan by scheduling production at our manufacturing facilities and/or ensuring appropriate availability of raw materials. As part of ExxonMobil, you can expect to rotate through two to three assignments in the first approximately six years allowing for a variety of experiences to build skills and knowledge. Demonstrated performance will lead to a career path with increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities within EMSC or other functions/business lines within EMPS, or other divisions across ExxonMobil.

These positions will be located at our manufacturing facilities on the US Gulf Coast.

What you will do

• Develop and execute supply chain improvement initiatives to drive value chain capture/creation
• Translate production schedules into raw material needs and ensure appropriate orders placed
• Provide technical/coordination support to daily operational issues
• Interface with manufacturing team and provide capability/constraints into supply planning process
• Translate product supply plans into optimized production unit run plans
• Interface with manufacturing, business teams, internal supply chain contacts, suppliers, and/or logistics providers as appropriate to perform job responsibilities

About you

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-5 years supply chain experience, petrochemical/chemical/refinery industry preferred
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or relevant technical field from an accredited university

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and prioritize work
• Team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and ownership of tasks
• Familiarity with SAP applications a plus
