Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized individual who can successfully integrate into a project team to manage the administrative responsibilities required on Steam Data Centers (SDC) deployments. The primary function of this role will be to process and track financial transactions and organize and coordinate business process support functions.
The Project Coordinator, Construction is expected to manage and be responsible for project documentation and to operate within the project financial and document storage systems. This role will work closely with Stream Data Centers Controls team members and will support additional job-related duties as assigned by Project Leads.
Responsibilities include:

• Assist with project audits, both internal and external
• Assists in preparation of Tenant invoices, tracks receipt and payment, and informs Project Lead when payments are issued and/or late.
• Verifies insurance certificates are valid and adhere to project requirements. Requests updated certificates from vendors as needed and manages retention of certificates.
• Reviews, processes, and organizes vendor financial transactions, including verification of all required Lien Releases, to ensure compliance.
• Maintains and organizes project documentation within the designated project management, file management, and accounting system platforms.
• Transmits documentation and maintains complete Tenant, Contractor, and Vendor files.
• Assists project team by facilitating project logistics. Arranges staff meetings, prepares agendas, sends notices, and records minutes.
• Monitors adherence to operational standards and notifies project leads of issues as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
• High School Education/GED or equivalent
• Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint experience
• Five years of relevant experience in construction project coordination and financial processing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of documentation control processes and procedures, vendor commitments, invoicing processes, and lien releases
