Summary


We are seeking a Project Management Assistant to join our Mechanical Division and support our Project Management team. In this role, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers, assisting in project logistics from bid to project close out.


Responsibilities


  • Help schedule and coordinate subcontractors or vendors.
  • Maintain project supplies inventory and equipment logistics.
  • Arrange travel for field staff, including booking flights, cars, hotels, or restaurant reservations.
  • Contribute to the team's success by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team on multiple projects.
  • Assist with project submittals, change orders, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for the Mechanical division's efficient operation.


Qualifications


  • Technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical, and/or plumbing.
  • Ability to comprehend plan sets, drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Microsoft Projects is a plus).
  • Must have a clean DMV record.
  • PMP certification preferred but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic construction management skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
