The Opportunity

CardFree is looking for a Project Management Intern to join our team! The Project Management Intern will be an integral part of the professional services team, helping to ensure that we release the highest quality products to market and provide a seamless go-live process for our merchants. In this position, your focus will be to aid new merchants in the onboarding process so that they are set up for a successful launch.

What You'll Do

• Track and update training and onboarding documentation.
• Monitor new client performance and address any open issues to ensure timely resolution and exceptional customer experience.
• Work closely with the product and engineering team to influence new product features and functionality based on customer feedback.
• Support the onboarding of new CardFree merchants including configuration, training, and go-live support.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
• 1-2 prior internships in a Project Management role preferred. Bonus points if in a customer-facingcapacity.
• A team player, organized, and detailed-oriented.
• You are a recent college graduate with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or similar.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.

This is a paid internship at $23/hour, up to 40 hours/week, with the opportunity to convert to full-time.
