Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems sector is currently hiring a Project Management Professional to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in El Segundo, CA. This is an individual contributor role and is not a management/leadership opportunity.
This position is for the role of a Program Integrator. The selected candidate will be part of a diverse organization of project integrators within the Program Operations Homeroom. The candidate is responsible to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serve as the liaison between program management and integrated product teams. This individual contributor will work side by side with the Program Manager on all program reporting and executive level presentations.
The candidate should have an understanding of IMF and 5.0 Program Management processes and procedures. They should adhere to NG processes and apply them to working internal projects. They should have knowledge of industry practices and standards, and demonstrate the skill and ability to perform professional tasks. This individual should possess leadership and team building capabilities, and have strong interpersonal skills. Must possess solid organization abilities and be a motivated, flexible team player. Some travel may be required.
Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):
Salary Range: $70,200 USD - $105,200 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):
- Assess project issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives
- Preparation of status reports and presentations for NGC internal and Customer meetings
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of tools/templates for monitoring project progress
- Programmatic operation and integration directly supporting the Program Office in day-to-day execution
- Active secret or top secret clearance (last investigation completed within last 6 years)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 3 years' experience in Project Management, Program Integration/Execution with Bachelors or similar; 1 years with Masters
- Experience with interfacing with all levels of employees
- Skillful with Microsoft Office tool suite; the ability to create, manage, and manipulate the tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to attain and maintain program access (PAR) within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
- Knowledge of Project Management principles and experience utilizing them professionally
- SharePoint experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar
- Master's Degree from Accredited University
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills to senior leadership
- Understanding of the Integrated Management Framework (IMF)
- 4+ years' experience in Project management, Program Integration/Execution
- MS Project proficiency
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tool suite
- Aerospace and/or Defense Industry Experience
