Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Project Executive to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, commercial construction project management, ground-up construction, and ground-up commercial projects. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage multiple ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Lead project meetings and provide leadership to project teams.
• Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of ground-up commercial construction processes and procedures.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Ability to travel as needed.
