As the group continues to expand its operations, the group is now in search of a highly skilled and experienced Project Executive to join its team.

As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of high rise construction projects in the Charlotte area. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in high rise construction will be crucial in managing complex projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple high rise construction projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reports to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Mentor and provide guidance to project teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in high rise construction, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes related to high rise construction.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
